My old battery that I previously purchased at advance Auto was 3 years and 9 months old when it went dead and they have a 4-year warranty and they honored their guarantee and replaced my battery for free... saved me $230! Can't go wrong with an honest establishment. I fully recommend them ;)

They need more sales associates!! I had a man walk past me two different times and never once asked if I needed help finding something. I’ll just assume he was busy and not just rude. Although walk past someone two different times and they’re still standing in the same spot more than likely they need help.

shoutout Michelle for helping pick out the right spark plugs for my car and just being a good help. If they do raises she should definitely be first up for one because she was great. 10/10 experience.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Store Manager Rashad. He went above and beyond by not only assisting me with the purchase of two windshield wipers but also personally offering to install them. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help reflect outstanding leadership and customer care. Truly an asset to the store.

Honestly great staff, Rashad, Steven, every everyone is great, every time I’ve shown up I’m always helped with a great and professional person. They been helping me so good I’ve almost done a career change. They also have a great selection of everything and extremely knowledgeable, I pray I’ll never need their help again.(keeping a healthy car) but if I do I’ll be going to them. Thx everyone
