This past august of 2025, our son was visiting from Washington DC. He drove his 2013 Mazda out to Pelican Lake, MN. On his way back to DC, he noticed there were electrical issues with his vehicle. Advanced Auto in Fergus falls was able to get him that day and solve the problem as well as replacing a headlight. Their service and attention to detail was great. Fast, Honest, and Caring Service I had two car issues on the same freezing day (-23°F), and they took care of both right away. First, my tire pressure light came on, and they got me in immediately to check it. Everything was fine, and they didn’t even charge me. That same day, my elderly mom’s car wouldn’t start. They got it in quickly, replaced the battery, and checked the charging system—all while I waited. In less than an hour, her car was ready to go. They are fast, honest, and truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Josh and his team do awesome work! I struck a deer just outside of Fergus Falls and they were able to inspect the truck the next day and repair the truck within two days. Ten years ago, I ended up calling Josh on the recommendation of a work colleague and never looked back. The Advanced Auto team has serviced all of our vehicles ever since. They do fantastic work. They take pictures to show you what’s going on and show the pictures to you on a TV screen while discussing service options. Josh answers all of my questions, and he takes the time to explain what needs to be done, when, and why, which I really appreciate.
