Had a Flat in My Rental Car. Towed it here. The Took it in and found it put a hole in the Wheel, not just the tire. Manager wouldn't charge me for lifting it and removing and re-installing the wheel. Offered me coffee and water while I waited for the Rental Car Replacement. Used their power and internet for my laptop. Walked to Applebees for lunch and He offered me a ride back when the Rental Car Tow Company showed up because it was freezing out. Super Nice People. I sent Domino's Pizza Lunch as a Thank You. We had a tire emergency at 3:30pm last Wednesday in the RV we recently rented. The RV company referred us to this place and they were so wonderful! We were so impressed with their professionalism and kindness. Thank you for getting us back on the road so quickly and safely again!

My car’s alternator went dead in Fergus Falls, I had to get my car towed to NW Tire on a Sunday, called them on a Monday and talked to Ron. He is such a genuinely sweet guy, who does his job well. I felt so taken care of. The mechanics and this shop went above and beyond, from trying to find a way to get my car closer to me (my home is 7 hours away), the new alternator they got was faulty and instead of making me wait they had a guy drive from an hour away just so they could get everything fixed because I was going to drive 7 hours back on a Friday, the only time I could come back. Ron even stayed almost an hour after closing to make sure I got the car and everything was running smooth. I’m very grateful.
Employees were knowledgeable and offered advice for next steps on project truck.
