#14 Engine Air Filter. fail - Engine Air Filter clogged. Hmmm. You would have thought someone would have called or texted and asked if I wanted this replaced. It states items needing immediate attention but it got none!! Also, my hood wasn't shut. The ladies at work noticed it when I got back to work. I did check the oil, it was full and clean. Travelling from Canada, low tire light stopped in at your dealership staff were awesome, they were able to fix the tire under 1 hour and got us back on the road so we could continue our trip. Awesome Ford Dealership, great coffee bar. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

I had bought a used truck and it broke down and Nelson service took care of me. It did take a few weeks, but they eventually got it handled so I’m happy.

Our appointment was set up and service was done. Appointment time service was well planned and completed in timely manner. Wyatt also helped us with the technology navigation system. It’s most helpful to touch base with Wyatt while we are there. Power on Wyatt!
