Nelson Collision Center - Fergus Falls

I had an accident with my truck in June. Nelson’s body shop got my truck in right away and finished it on July 1st. I did not drive it for a month because of being out of town. When I got back on August 1 I looked at the truck. I was not satisfied with the way the door fit . I was told that was the best they could do. I called my insurance company and told them that the body work did not meet my satisfaction . I was told to take it to another body shop. I did and was told that the truck was not repaired correctly. The body work that was done by Nelson’s was starting to crack out after 2 months and maybe 1000 miles. The bolts on the rear door were installed finger tight. It would be very difficult for me to ever take another truck to this body shop.

Had dent repair due to hail damage. The outside firm contracted to help used very high powered lights and throughly fixed all my dents. Also, their detailed invoice was submitted promptly to my insurance and made the bill settlement process seamless. I’d definitely recommend and use Abra services!!!

They sent me with a car that had almost no gas and no windshield wiper fluid. The people there are very nice. Just a bit more attention to detail! I filled the gas tank, always leave it better than when you got it!

Awesome repair on my new vw tiguan. The paint and everything matches perfectly. They kept me updated with a phone call 3 times a week. Abra used OEM parts. I will use them again for sure.
