I had a great experience with Travis and Sam as my salesman and finance expert. I had come in pre-approved with a current rate my credit union could offer me and very specific parameters for my car search. I found this listing and immediately called Travis, had him basically fight and hold the keys for me to allow me to make my way from Fargo to take a look at it. Fell in love, met with Sam, and he was able to offer me a better rate than what I had come equipped with. They both were very hospitable and made this the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, coordinating in a fast, efficient, and timely manner- all while making sure I was comfortable (physically and emotionally). I will be making the hour drive here again to deal with these fine gentleman for our future purchases.

I am less than impressed with the method in which my 2018 Silverado issues were handled. I split the cost of the aesthetic appearance for the repair of the passengers side rocker panel replacement due to a rust issue. It was also agreed that the dealership would repair the front right corner of the bed where a spot weld had failed, and was repaired. However, the repair was estimated to take 1 1/2 weeks to complete. I went to the dealership at the week and a half time period and I was told that removing the tonneau cover set the repair process back one week. I was aware of the amount of time involved in removing and replacing the cover and surmised that this was a lie, perpetrated by the original salesman. Today was the first time I have taken my Jeep to Nelson's for service. The Service Department was outstanding, Chris was very professional and knowledgeable about the recall item(s) with the battery that needed to be done. He was honest and upfront about the 3 possible scenarios that may need to be done and the time each step could possibly take. He called as soon as the work was done and let me know which step they ended up doing to take care it. I will only be taking my Jeep to Nelson's from now on!
