They were very kind, got me in last minute, and figured out my car problem quickly! I am visiting from out of town so didn’t know where to take my car, I’m glad I went with this location.

Unbelievably clueless. They may be good people but idk about them being mechanics. They kept my truck for nearly 2½ months and still didn't fix. Instead, my new expensive battery was somehow exchanged for a generic and undersized battery, the paint on my new breather was screwed up, and lots of new scratches. My paint was already bad so I'm not trippin on last item. I fixed the truck myself in less than an hour by simply reading part # on crank sensor to realize that sensor was for another application, then installed correct one. It runs beautifully now, no thanks to this second rate shop.

Very dishonest people. I don't recommend anyone taking their vehicle over there. They are very dishonest and unethical. Look at the rear main seal jerry left in my car after making me spend 2600 dollars to change a transmission that didnt require replacement at all. I went in for an electrical problem that still appeared the same day as i drove off down the street after spending all that money. I had to take it right back to them. My car had a significant oil leak after they had been working on my car for 3 weeks. I still had to pay another 500 dollars elsewhere to remove the transmission and then replace the 15 dollar part they damaged on purpose and left in there. Get a second opinion before spending a dime at this shady place. If I didn't live 8 hours away and had the time. I would have

Jerry and his staff are super friendly. They do a great job and are timely as well. My car died and it was the battery, Jerry chased down the warranty and got me a new battery at no charge. Labor costs are reasonable. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else!! I trust Jerry and his staff to be honest and ethical in their business practice.

Pam and Jerry were wonderful! A mom and pop shop type family owned business with obvious good morals and values and super friendly! I felt comfortable to come in and chatted like we already knew each other. It feels like your visiting family when you arrive. I will definitely be back to Advanced Automative service and repair for all my personal and business vehicles needs. Do yourself a favor and come here when you need your vehicles serviced. 🙏🏻
