Highly not recommend this car wash! Today 12/28/25, I would like to bring to the attention of the manager of this car wash about the horrible service I received at around 6-7pm. I made a complaint about my car not being washed after going through the washing bay due to no single drop of soap to wash the car. The young man at first was rude, didn’t want to listen to me when I was calling him, when I requested a refund to have my car wash done somewhere else. He asked if I could go through the line to get my car rewashed which I did, and still there wasn’t any dispensed soap to wash the car. I literally ran my car through the bay twice without getting it washed, only water and air dry was coming out the entire time. I had given it 5 stars because it's a good car wash, but after every snowstorm, all the car washes in the area open a few days later, and this one stays closed for a long time. This time it was closed for almost two weeks, and I don't think they'll give us a discount on the payment, so I'm giving them one star. The customer is what makes companies thrive; they just need to keep the customer happy.

It hasn’t even been an hour since I got my car washed. I paid $26 dollars and my car has oil spots I can easily run my finger through not to mention, all the bug juice on the front of my car. I haven’t had any work done on my car just came straight home. I live less than 5 minutes from the car wash so really don’t know how I could’ve accumulated this much on my car since then. When I got home i realized I forgot something in my car then noticed this. Yeah…never coming back here again nor do I want a membership. It’s not worth it, just go to a car wash you can do your car yourself. Or pay someone to wash it for you.

Use to be a good car wash but recently the tire shine is putting out a bit too much causing it to splatter onto the body(happens to all 4 tires). A pain when you go there to wash your car but have to clean it afterwards.
