I visited the shop based of recommendation of my insurance company. The team not only treated me with respect but went as far as to keep me updated in every step of the process. Even when I needed a rental they used their business discount on my behalf and enterprises rental office. The team even ensured after care support when my car was deemed totaled by my insurance company to offer me 3 chances to check my vehicle before pick up.

This business is efficient and very thorough, the work they did on my car was amazing. Unfortunately I've had bad luck with my car and have had to have it repaired 3 times now by other local businesses. Out of all of them Jack Hart Body Shop did the best work and it's not even close. Thank you!

Absolute pleasure working with these guys. All work was completed on time, anytime I called or had a question they answered and had an answer right away. Most importantly they knew how to deal with my insurance who was being a pain. Can’t recommend Jack Hart Body shop highly enough. They should be your first choice.

Update: Welp not like I wanted to come back to an auto shop again due to another accident. But once again the team at Jack Hart did an amazing job once again. Definitely worth the wait for that quality fixup. Now it's not like I wanted to come here to begin with.    When you get in an accident because the state of Kentucky can't keep its highways cleaned up for passing travelers,  you're not really in a good mood to begin with... But my insurance covered this place and to be honest with you.   So far it seems like my car is better than it was before the accident. Everything is done in detail and the integrity of the work and warranty you get until you sell the car is what outshines the most. You'll not be going to get your car back in a few days. Quality takes time and it shows here.  

My wife’s Lexus RX350 was hit in a parking lot, and thankfully, the other driver had the integrity to come inside and locate her. From that point on, Jack Hart’s Body Shop made the entire process seamless. They handled the insurance claim from start to finish, even arranging a rental car for her with zero hassle on our end. They replaced the entire rear bumper and had the car back to us in just two days. The workmanship was absolutely flawless—like the accident never happened. They also went above and beyond by fixing a small issue with the driver’s door that we requested separately, and that repair was just as precise and well-done.
