Caliber Collision

I am very concerned about my experience with Caliber Collision. I brought my vehicle in primarily for bumper repairs, and the bumper was not fully fixed when the vehicle was returned. When I received my car back, there were several issues that were not present before the repair. My vehicle was soaked inside, and no explanation was provided for how or why this occurred. There was a strong odor, and personal belongings stored in my trunk had developed mold and had to be thrown away. I also noticed exposed wiring in the trunk area. After the repair, I began experiencing intermittent issues with my power windows and door locks, which work inconsistently. Additionally, chrome trim pieces inside the vehicle were chipped. Radcliffe Caliber collision I will never use them again or recommend them. I had to go back several times they forgot to put parts on my car. The paint job was very bad. Had to redo the paint they act like I was blind and I wouldn’t see it wasted several trips there and back still not fixed right I will never recommend them or use them again.

Could not have had a worse experience, my vehicle spent a month in the shop for basic repairs including a mirror replacement (this becomes important later). Customer service was fantastic, was quick to attend to me and got me in fast. Repairs was where the issues began, they installed the mirror but did not connect the electrical systems properly, leaving it stuck. I notified them before driving off, I spent an hour waiting without being informed of what was going on before being handed my keys again, just for the center display to not turn on. Another hour later, my mirror is still not fixed but at least my center console will turn on. If you are thinking of getting repairs here, STAY AWAY!!

After I wrecked my car, I brought it up to caliber collision. Luke walked me every step from finish to end. He was very nice professional.And he knows his job very well! And the rest of the staff that I met were pretty amazing too!!

I had to take my work truck to have body work done. Luke was great and got everything taken care of as quick as he could, even though the parts weren't delivered to him when they should've been.
