Using the glass doctor team in Radcliffe, KY was a great choice. They replaced one of my large windows that was cracked and my sliding patio door glass that had condensation between the panes. Their service and professionalism was top notch from start to finish. They were extremely responsive and had techs out within two days of my inquiry. They brought glass samples to ensure they had the proper tint and reflection before ordering my glass. Took approximately 4 weeks for glass to arrive after ordering. I very much recommend Glass Doctors Elizabethtown. I have a brick house with glass French doors to the back and I needed a doggy door. Brian helped me pick a solution that worked for us, but during their inspection my doors had many problems and they helped me get an amazing custom sliding glass door with a dog door built in. The lead installation tech is very professional and experienced. He spotted some wood rot around the frame and went above & beyond by removing the bad wood and replacing it so that I won’t have issues in the future. They are very trustworthy and provide the best quality workmanship. I’m very happy with this company and the people who work there.

We needed our front door repaired. The door had to be taken apart, the heavy glass taken out. It was a lot of work. Brian and his colleague arrived on time, they were very professional, very efficient and they cleaned up afterwards. My front door has never looked better!! They did a good job and we are very happy. The price was fair. When it's time to get our windows replaced, we will call Brian. Highly recommend!!

We are a rural church with a 50 foot tower and 20 large windows that desperately needed replaced after 20 years. This company did a great job and kept every word they promised us with the installation, clean up and overall quality of the work involved. They did what other businesses refused to do due in part to the complexity of the job. The crew was very polite /cordial. They were mindful not to track dirt into the house and cleaned up the work area when they were done. The final step before they left was to clean the glass on our new patio door, streak free which is better than we have ever been able to do. If the need arises we will definitely call Glass Doctors again.
