Charles Jester came from your company to change my flat tire. Today is Christmas and it is cold outside. He was prompt and very polite. He changed my tire out in the cold. And I got home safe with the spare tire on my car. Thank you to Charles Jester for helping me in my emergency situation and getting the spare tire on my car quickly and securely.
Billy arrived soon after I called AAA, changed my flat tire at the Getgo lot in Carnegie and had me back on the road quickly. Very efficient and courteous. Outstanding customer service!
