Ducky's Car Wash

It was definitely touchless, but it didn't wash much of anything. For the price, I would've expected a lot more. I will not be going back.

The “Unlimited” plan does not work as advertised. I have an active Unlimited Diamond Club membership, but after washing my car at 2:00 AM, the system blocked my next wash the same day and required payment. I was forced to pay an additional $15 just to wash my car, even though my unlimited membership was active. This means the plan is not truly unlimited. If there are cooldowns or daily limits, they should be clearly disclosed before signup. Calling this plan “Unlimited” is misleading. The wash itself is fine, but being charged extra with an active unlimited plan is unacceptable.

Never use touch free wash. I paid 14$ for, and this is the result. Machine left dirt all over the body. DON’T USE TOUCH FREE WASH

The water from the soap spray and high pressure rinse is actually warm unlike many other car washes I have been too. This is a huge plus for loosening and getting everything off my black car. Helps so much, thank you!

Excellent customer service! I was there Sunday March 9th it was super busy I use the self serve. I use the credit card and when it got down to the Spotless rinse cycle I ran out of time and I put cash in. Then the Spotless rinse didn't spray anything out! I called the number and left a message. The owners got back to me the next day and incessantly try to give me a refund! They didn't have to do this
