Spoke with Mary Jo on the phone about how I needed certain things for my car and was going to get a loan so I needed to know the cost of the parts and labor so that I had the money, she told me $950 and some change so I got a loan for $1000. I dropped my car off and then she told me I could pick it up the next morning, the following morning she called me about another issue and said it was $200 extra dollars and I reiterated I had gotten a loan and only had what she quoted me for and she said ok. Around 3:00pm she called me and said it would be $2200 and I told her that was not the price she told me and she said that the other location where my car was taken to had different prices so she couldn’t guarantee her quote over there. Fast, friendly service. Fair prices. I realized our minivan was having problems Sunday evening. I called Carnegie Motors on Monday morning, they helped me arrange toeing and got everything diagnosed and resolved before 5 PM on Monday. What more could I ask for?

After a deer hit me a few weeks ago, I searched for a AAA shop and called Carnegie motors. They were able to get my car in quickly and repaired it within 1.5 weeks. Everyone in the shop was friendly and explained me to the costs and repairs needed. I got my car back and it looks amazing. They even detailed the inside and washed it which was honestly not expected but very much appreciated. I was kept in the loop all the way through and my car was completed on time. Mary was great. She helped me get some numbers to garages that only had dispatch on their doors. So she hooked me up with managers. She even called to check up on me and how I was doing with the situation of my car. Awesome people at Carnegie Motors.

I just recently moved but had been going to Carnegie motors for several years for all of my oil changes, inspections, etc. They always treated me right and fair. Never tried to upsell, just did what was needed. Highly recommend.
