Flynn's Tire & Auto Service - Carnegie

First time there. I like their commercials and did some research, reviews were good! Super easy to make an appointment, staff was friendly. I needed an inspection. Thought I would need new tires, they said they would pass but were very low. I opted for new ones. They made the selection process easy - I had picked a tire, they didnt try to talk me out of it and upsell, but gave me the pros and cons. I waited for the service, they came out and explained everything they did and what I may need and what I did need. A great experience, I would highly recommend!

I got in for service right away. They just had to plug my tire. Free of charge! How awesome was that! I Always have a great experience with them. Never have to have an appointment, they take me that day...Always. I wouldn't get tires anywhere else!!!

I had 4 Good Year something tires, given to me, from my Mom. She bought them weeks prior to her car getting totaled by an 18 wheeler. Yes, in the rain & on the highway.. She's ok but still... She kept her new tires, but ended up buying a diff brand car & tires wouldn't fit. Ah, they fit my car. They were sitting in my basement, until I needed them. NOT KNOWING tires can dry rot? A year after tires went on, my one rim kept getting covered with black soot, I thought it was brake dust. Luckily, my kid said, "You need new tires like ASAP" and suggested Flynn's. NEVER BEEN there. Seen commercials but... Let me tell you SOME of the nicest people work at this location. I called right before closing & my tires weren't there but in their warehouse. I scheduled an inspection last week and was charged $79 for the inspection and sticker, plus $19.98 for license plate bulbs, and additional tax. However, the rear Toyota emblem plate wasn't properly fixed. When I brought this to the technician's attention, he dismissed it by saying that with older vehicles, things like this happen when parts are removed and replaced. I found his response careless and disappointing. After some time, he mentioned he would order a pin to fix it and promised to call me once it arrived. It's been a while, and I still haven't received any follow-up. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I strongly recommend thinking twice before choosing this place for service.

Flynn's Tire and Auto is awesome! I scheduled my appointment on their website. Super easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Lits of tires to choose from. Their prices were much much lower than everywhere else, and I checked a bunch of other places to make sure I was getting the the most for my money. I dropped the car off and picked it up with no issues. Everyone at Flynn's was friendly & helpful. Highly recommend
