Bob & Lou are the best! Another place I went to for over a decade changed after the owner passed - and not in a good way. A friend referred me to Craftmont and they've not only gotten my car taken care of, but they charged a lot less. Highly recommend for those wanting a honest place to take their vehicle.

I was referred to Craftmont by the gentleman that work at O'Reilly's when I had a check engine light come on in my Jeep that indicated I may have needed a new engine oil pump. They worked fast and found that there was no leak and I did not need a new engine oil pump after all. Bobby was kind, empathetic, understanding and put my mind at ease. I won't go to another mechanic for any auto needs after my great experience with Bobby and his staff.

My sister and her husband recommended them years ago to me and been using them ever since. They do good work and very reasonable and very friendly people. I will always use them and recommend other people to use them also. Just a very friendly experience every time.
