Best customer service, they came to my work to pick up my vehicle to work on it and dropped it back off within a timely manner. I got all my tires replaced for a fair price as well as an oil change. Vehicle is running so much better!

Jared and his whole team are the best in the business. Its so hard to find an honest mechanic that does quality work. Only people I let touch my vehicles. I also live in okanogan that is a 2 hr drive. Well worth it!!!

5+ stars for these guys! Honest and up front and great customer service. I worked with Jared primarily but all the guys were great to work with. They provide honest feedback and do not try to upsell you. We had a car that ended up needing major engine repairs and Jared provided all options on the table, one of which was to just sell the car since repairs would be so expensive. We ended up going with that option. We will definitely be using them for the foreseeable future! Thanks guys!

These guys are awesome. Traveling through on i90 eastbound, my rear driveshaft catastrophically failed just about 10 min away from Moses Lake. Quickly googled and found their shop and called em up. I was mainly hoping they could source a replacement last minute since you usually have to order in advance, and they did not disappoint. They quickly found that a salvage yard in Spokane had one. They did what I’d probably do, just way way faster (really only took 5-10 min) since they know the area. I headed on that way carefully in front wheel drive with the rear shaft removed and the salvage yard had exactly what I needed. Can’t thank these guys enough! Helped me no questions asked.

I just wanted to share my experience here, as these folks were great! On the way to Idaho from the Seattle area, I blew a radiator in my diesel Ram 2500. It was late in the day and I was hauling my 28 foot camping trailer, and had the family and dog with me. I made a few calls to see who might be able to help me get back on the road and these guys were the best. I limped on in and they stepped away to diagnose the problem, and ordered the parts to arrive first thing the next day, and then got me back on the road by noon the next day. I suppose I can't speak to pricing, as I wasn't really in a position to shop around, but everyone there was kind and professional and sensitive to us being stranded ahead of the holiday weekend. They did good work and were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks
