Benny went out of his way to help me find SAFE WINTER TIRES FOR MOVING TO RAIN & ICE COUNTRY! He has so Many Years of Experience and Learned so Much...I TRUST HIM...at 74 &Female...I have NEVER felt hurried or pushed into a decision...I always felt in control and confident...that I was getting the Best for my old car! I drove over Snoqualmie Pass with my 4 New Winter Tires,no slipping,tracked beautifully,never stopped and my daughter told me I was suppose to have chained up!!! Yet, that was the best wintet tires I've ever driven...I was Smiling & Thanking God....it was snowing hard and...never 1 slip or stopping or white knuckle driving...this 2008

It used to be the little, local guy was the one you could trust. My how things have changed. Got 4 new tires, mounted and balanced, with 2 rear tires placed up front. Apparently, tightening ALL the lug nuts isn't a priority. We pulled up to our first job as a new contracting company only to have the front tire almost fall off. Luckily I felt the wobble and pulled over immediately. Not onlyvwere the lug nuts almost completely off, but it resulted in two studs being broken. This could have proven deadly, had I not felt it and acted accordingly IMMEDIATELY! Not only did we have to temporarily fix the truck, but had to drive back to Moses Lake from Medical Lake to have it repaired. I've been coming to Benny's for 5 years now for any tire needs. I've bought 2 great full sets of tires for 2 different vehicles, gotten plenty of rotations, they are very affordable. Recently they got all Tpms tested, had replaced a bad one, and I brought new wheels to have them install for me. I've never had any complaints. Best of all they never have a long queue of other cars to work on meaning I get my car in and completed same day every time, definitely a underrated local tire shop.
