J Bird Towing & Recovery

My truck died on me 198 miles from my house. Not 198 miles round trip 198 miles each way. I called AAA and they dispatched Jbird towing. The driver Cole contacted me very quickly and we made a plan to get the truck home. I can’t adequately convey how incredibly professional, communicative, punctual, and accommodating Jbird was. I am very grateful AAA chose Jbird. My wife and I spend several weekends per year in eastern Washington where my truck broke down and I have already saved Jbird towing’s phone number just in case. I would ABSOLUTELY trust them with my 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner, and my 1969 dodge superbee that was the first car I ever bought way back in 1986. Yesterday I was towed over 160 miles after I broke down on the way home. I strongly recommend using J Bird towing if you have any issues. Cole was timely, competent and a pleasure to talk to.

Amazing service and kindness from Cole. He gave us a call to give us his estimated time of arrival and made it right on time. He was incredibly understanding and helped get us on our way in short order. We also needed a ride and not only did he drop us off at the shop with our car, but also gave us a lift to our follow-up destination with all our things too!

I highly recommend j-bird towing. I had my tires slashed at the Columbia river scenic overlook off of I-90, while on a drive back across country from burying my grandmother. Cole from j-bird instantly made me and my partner feel at ease. With a good sense of humor, some funny stories, and cute dig photos he got us back to Moses lake for repairs and even helped us find a hotel room. Could not have had a better experience.
