Scotty's Auto Repair

I ended up at Scotty's due to car problems on a road trip. They were very professional and did their best to get us on our way as quickly as possible. They even drove us to a lunch place so we could get some food while waiting as the vehicle couldn't be driven and it was taking quite awhile while they diagnosed the problem. They were knowledgeable, forthright, and even kind-which is not so common these days. Even though I don't live in Moses Lake, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who does!

I would give more stars if I could. Sarah was an absolute dream to work with. I purchased a brand new vehicle, barely had it two days before it had a lot of issues. Sarah was very persistent and called my extended warranty constantly to get them to expedite my claim. She even got them to cover things they normally wouldn’t and got my car back to me the following week. My car is running like a dream and I could not have asked for a better team to work on my car. Highly recommend and will definitely be servicing my vehicle there again. So grateful for Sarah and everyone at the shop that got me my car back in tip top shape. I called and texted daily and each time was greeted with great customer service!

All I can say is what a wonderful business and family. Today is December 23rd we are from Montana traveling to see family in Seattle. My radiator had a hole in it and was towed to their shop at 3:30 PM. The business closes at 5PM. The job would have taken 5 hours to complete and they had it done in 2 1/2 hours with 2 mechanics working together. The waiting room is cozy and very welcoming. I can't say enough how great they are. Thank you for getting us back on the road. Oh the corn dogs are amazing. Military and dog friendly.

Just had Scotty's service my suv and have an appointment for my truck soon. Absolutely a great place to take your vehicles for service! I've taken several vehicles over the past couple years and have always been happy with the service received. Highly recommend Scotty's Auto for sure!

Horrible experience and very disappointing follow thru/ accountability. We fell for their “wonderful” tire deal. It has been a 6 month nightmare. First of all, they broke 2 tire sensors and did not let us know, second when we went to get the “free” oil changes what are advertised (signage everywhere) we found it only included 5 quarts of oil (which would only do a small car and they knew we had a diesel truck) so we ended up paying quite a bit each time. Lastly and the worst part, one of the outside dually was continuously getting low (which is took it looking low for us to notice since the tire sensor was broken). We took it n 3 times with the issues not being corrected and the leak getting worse. Finally we discussed trying a new rim, which they ordered. Went to pick up today and were to
