Really was impressed with the upfront honest service that Donny and Daniel provided. I had them repair a rear main crankshaft seal on an 03 Mercedes C240 with 121K miles. They ordered the part from O’Reilly’s to make sure it was the right part. I picked up the part and delivered it when I dropped off the car. Took the better part of two days to repair which is what they told me. They also removed and replaced the transmission filter/gasket/fluid. So far the vehicle is driving smoother. Will certainly use the Brother’s shop again when the time comes. Very good experience.

With family and friends in-tow on the way from Seattle to Couer d'Alene, our check engine light came on. We called Donny near Ellensburg and he was so helpful. Not only did he answer the phone and help us get a diagnostic (at a local O'Reilly's), he and his brother Daniel were willing to help us find parts and get them installed the same day. Donny shuttled us to and from their shop in Moses Lake and we spent a few hours eating dinner and enjoying the town while they made the repairs. They finished in a few hours and we were on our way before dark - our vacation spared a major tragedy. Thank you Donny and Daniel for staying after hours to help our family start a wonderful vacation.

Donny and Daniel were absolutely outstanding. My truck basically needed new axles, rotors, calibers, and some more. They both went out of there way to help my family and I on a Saturday. All needed parts were available and they finished the job same day. I paid for parts and labor at a very fair price and we were on our way. If you’re in the area, go with Brothers Auto, and you won’t be disappointed!

While on Highway 90, my power steering, then air went out. When I stopped about 10 miles outside of Moses Lake, I realized the serp belt had torn. After well past 20 names of calling on a Saturday, Donny picked up the phone while traveling in Oregon. He then coordinated and deployed his "Brother" and mechanic Lloyd to the farm where I was parked. After two trips to the parts store, they were able to fix my Suburban just in time to drive home to Spokane. Gracious and friendly and over the top with their service, expertise and empathy. These are great "Brothers" that do a good work for a fair price. I highly recommend them without hesitation. A feel good story for sure.
