Very professional, timely repair, knowledgeable, patient, detailed in explaining the diagnosis of the issue, diligent in keeping me informed, honest about the pricing, and extremely caring when I shared my concerns about my vehicle and how not having my car was going to effect me. My 1st time with this company and these guys were just amazing. I travel a lot and was traveling through Charleston and my car did not shift into gear. They replaced my fluids and transmission lines. Jerome checked up on me twice and the guys in the office showed genuine concern when there was a delay on the parts. They kept their word and got me my vehicle the time they said they would.
