Very straightforward. No complications. very nice and polite staff. Jeff Packard was my representative. He was very nice. He honestly explained his concerns about driving on Alaska highway in winter and I really appreciate he did that. Because of his concerns I did more thorough investigation if its ok to drive. He was also ok to hold the vehicle in their possession if i want to come back to drive later when weather is little better. Entire staff is nice, I went back next day and had some questions, another gentleman came out in freezing weather to explain to me. You probably wont believe this, I went there to buy a Toyota sequoia 2022 from California. Just got home today after about 10 days. I am very happy with my purchase.
