Collision Masters

Can’t be more thankful for the incredible staff and friendly atmosphere. My vehicle had over $15k worth of damage, and I got her back better than ever with full OEM parts and ZERO issues. Tom was great. He answered every one of my calls and texts over the couple months it took to do all repairs, diagnostics and paint (my car is one that parts are not readily or easily available). I am incredibly happy and satisfied beyond belief. I hope I never have to bring my car in for this many repairs ever again, but if it was to ever happen, I’m choosing Collision Masters without question.

Awesome. Collision Masters did a fantastic job coordinating our vehicle repair. They didn’t over promise to get me to come in and set a realistic repair timeline while accommodating my needs. They beat there stated deadline. This was extremely important as we are a single car family. Repair was perfect. In addition to good honest work, they have excellent Customer Service. They answered the phone every time we called. When we picked up the vehicle it had been washed, the entire interior vacuumed and the small trash bag we keep inside emptied. Great shop and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a body shop in the interior. No issues with claim completion through USAA.

Let me just start by saying Thank You! This is by far the best body shop I have ever been to. I am very Attentive when it comes to my truck. They went above and beyond on the body work - it looks brand new! Spotless on the inside as well when they were done and I’m amazed at how fast and accurate they accomplished it and it was not minor damage. This was my first time dealing with having to make and auto insurance claim for damage and from the moment I got on the phone with Andrea she took care of me immediately, once I arrived at the shop Tom was tech that was the lead of my car and he kept me in the loop about everything but not only that even reached when something went south as far needing additional parts and explain what was going on and what would have to be done. Everything was done in a timely manner and truly was impressed by how great the customer service was and how my car turned out. Would recommend this 100%

I had an amazing experience getting my truck repaired here after I was rear ended. From start to finish, Tyler was incredibly thorough and professional. He gave me accurate estimate windows, kept me updated frequently on the progress and his communication with the insurance company, and was always polite and respectful. What really stood out to me was how flexible he was in scheduling around my work trips, something I truly appreciated. The repair on my bumper was done quickly, and the quality is excellent. To top it all off, they detailed my vehicle and honestly, it looks better than when I first drove it off the dealership lot!
