Airport Towing

a literal scammm. they tried to tow my truck with me inside of it and said you better pay 400 or else. or else whatttt?????? they also said we take payment through zelle?? what kinda company takes money through zelle with no company name. just a personal phone number... i demanded i needed to speak to a authorized manager and said i am the manager, i owe this whole company now pay your 400 or else.... i consider that a threat honestly. overall just don't try to call these airheads for help. they will try to scam you or threaten you.

After today’s snowfall, I skidded on slushy ice while exiting I-275 west at the north Dixie highway ramp in Crestview Hills. Sliding out of control, I ended up trapped on the embankment between the guardrails of both roads, 200 feet past the roadway. AAA towing responded but were not able to tow me out since their tow line was not long enough. Airport towing responded and were successful not only towing my car out of the position in which it was wedged, but they did it with precision and skillful experience resulting in no damage to my car. They were professional, reassuring and helped get me safely back on the road. I would highly recommend Airport Towing and the great crew that works for them!

This company is a complete scam! They came without the property owner's permission, lifted the back of my truck, and woke me up at 6 AM demanding $400 via Zelle or cash. No official receipt, no legitimate process—completely unauthorized and illegal! Who knows how many people $400 they've done this to and how much money they've extorted? It's shocking that in the middle of America, no one is stopping this company from exploiting people. Avoid them at all costs and report them immediately!

The owner of this company is the worst human being ever I don’t even know how they’re still in business if you ever breakdown on The side of the road, don’t ever call them. They are the worst. They don’t know how to do their job. The drivers are a rookie they’ll break your truck or your vehicle don’t bother calling them at all if I could give them 0 star I would 🤢

Has got to be one of the worst towing company’s out there. Done significant damage to my truck while in tow and now have found out they took some parts (caps) with them after dropping truck at truck center, costing even more $ having to replace parts that were taken. For a simple tow I am now spending upwards of 5k in parts and labor due to their negligence on top of what it was being towed for in the first place. When addressed about the damage we were told “I don’t know what happened” I asked if he thought that was a professional response to my asking how this was going to get taken care of. He pause and says not sure what you want me to say. Unbelievable!! 👎 DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!
