Alamo Rent A Car

CVG's car rental pick-up and drop-off were seamless. No hiccups with either. I rented a jeep and had my choice of 3... That never happens... Jeep was clean and no smoke smell. Would definitely recommend this place.

Jay Bennett at the CVG parking garage deserves a huge shoutout for making this one of my best rental experiences yet. It was freezing outside, and while he could have easily just pointed me toward the fleet, Jay went out of his way to walk us to the cars and offered to help with our luggage even though we clearly needed no help. His friendly, professional, and over-the-top service really made Alamo look good! I do not know jay but it seems to me that he could use a promotion. I’ve rented conservatively 35+ cars over the past few years and have tried all the typical companies at international airports. Alamo consistently wins on car cleanliness and condition, and this CVG facility might be the best of the bunch. The staff was incredibly friendly, and both pickup and drop-off were quick a

I’ve been renting luxury vehicles from Alamo for the past 2 yrs. This trip home my father passed away, 2 days after Xmas. When I called to extend my rental and inquired on some sort of discount or even a program that offered a discount, while I planned my father’s funeral. I called the customer service and spoke to a representative named Reagan who hung up on me while I’m trying to understand some charges. I escalated on her and then spoke to a manager explaining the issue. It’s sad that Alamo (maybe all car rental) don’t have programs or some perks to their loyal customers when an expected emergency comes up.

I can’t give these guys enough stars. I normally hating renting a car because it can be a hassle but everything was so easy and the staff were the nicest people!! Andrew showed us vehicles to choose from and was extremely kind and professional and Brandon returned our car and was great as well! Can’t recommend enough!!!

I am sold on Alamo! The first great thing that happened was the woman at the counter complimented my hair. The next thing that happened was, I was offered a water bottle when I picked up my car! And they helped me set up Apple connect and gave me the most beautiful blue Nissan Sentry car with only 6,000 miles. It was clean and delightful to drive.
