I called because my Honda Odyssey was having battery problems. I spoke with Charlie the manager. He was incredibly professional and very helpful. I set up a time to bring the car by close to closing time. Charlie assessed the battery to be in good working order as well as the alternator and the starter. Turns out I also needed a headlight replaced which he was happy to assist with. Well I ended up not spending very much money. Charlie was absolutely fantastic with customer service. I will definitely be back. The professionalism and kindness was much appreciated.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store! The customer service is top notch. It's cold, I've been stranded at work twice this week and my car is determined to make it a difficult week but Dwayne and his staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and help with my issue. Between diagnostics, advice, and finding a solution quickly, plus they considered the affordability for this mom of 3 at Christmas. 10/10. So refreshing to find good customer service these days.

I stopped at Autozone in Hebron to have my battery checked. It had some corrosion and I wasn’t sure if I should replace the battery. I was helped by David S who went above and beyond. He checked the battery, explained my options, answered all my questions. He took extra steps to help with my battery. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and his help was greatly appreciated!

Joshua is always friendly and respectful. This is the second time he has helped us with batteries in our diesel trucks and we appreciate his knowledge and help. I would definitely recommend him

Honestly my experience was a little disappointing but I guess okay. I came in to ask questions about 3 things and really only got to address 1 because the man told me he was busy and had a lot of things to do. My car will make it until I can get it to the shop but I thought staff was supposed to be willing to help more readily. I've had good experiences in the past where they were willing to help me with batteries and checking error codes but apparently not today. ☹
