National Car Rental

The service I received when picking up my rental car was excellent. I told the gentleman who was one of the managers l, that I prefer Ford vehicles and he went out of his way to find one for me. Above and beyond service! The return process was simple and easy, and the young lady that checked us in was very friendly. Overall, super pleased with the service and experience!

Couldn’t be more grateful for National and the customer service provided by Olivia! We originally rented from Hertz and they weren’t open when they promised they would be. We were a late flight and in quite a predicament. National and Olivia’s customer care were outstanding. They had stayed late not only for their customers but for us as well to ensure we were taken care of after someone else’s mistake. Each individual we interacted with in the rental process was kind and more than willing to help. Outstanding!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Great place to rent cars from. Big selection of cars to choose from, no matter your vibe. Expedition for a family trip. A Sonata for a business trip. Genesis GV70 or Q5 if you need fancy wheels. Great staff as well.

I rent 15-20 times a year from National and this is one of the best in the US. The staff are always friendly and efficient. Cars are always clean and smell nice. The choices are pretty good. Coming thrpugh CVG isn't always the most amazing experience but I know I will always get a good car. Special thank you to Dion who always treats me kindly and helps me find the car I'm looking for.

Manager Kam is awesome. I rented a car today and it had mechanical issues shortly after I left, so I brought it back. I fully expected to have to choose another car from the Emerald aisle, but Kam offered an upgrade for the inconvenience which I gladly accepted. He was super busy but found the time to help me out and go above and beyond to make things right. This type of top notch service is why I’m loyal to National.
