We had a great experience with this company. They were very quick with responding to our emails and our cruise schedual adjustments. We arrived on a cruise ship, and they kindly assisted us with transportation to the port. Moreover, they recommended several spots to watch the wild nature, and we enjoyed them a lot. No tricks, very professional, and customer friendly! Highly recommended!

This is a local place, not a national brand. I spent 4 days in Ketchikan recently, and because I have a standing account with a national brand, I didn't book a car until pretty late. It turns out, there are very few options in Ketchiakn and with the massice swing in tourists throughout the year, it's pretty tough. In short, I came to these guys on short notice. They got me a car, and even upgraded me when they saw it was pretty small for my crew. They were pretty seamless, and responsive when I didn't have a lot of options. So I appreciate that.

We recently hired a car while on a day port visit from our cruise. Everything about the process was easy from start to finish and while they are a small business, they are extremely professional, friendly and efficient. They even offer a shuttle service to make it even easier! Highly recommend.

Easy process. Roomy sedan (Dodge Dart). We were able to pick up on the town side and drop off at the airport. There's a gas station right next to the airport ferry. Worth renting for a day or two to get away from the crowds and explore on your own to visit hiking trails, Saxman, and Totem Bight State Park.

We rented a car for a week and on our second day of having the car we noticed that the tired was not in good shape. Called them they told us to bring it right in and would give us another one. Thank you Alaska car rental for making our vacation a safe one.
