Squirrel was amazing. Friendly, kind and accommodating, as well as professional. We were satisfied with the service we received.

Everything went great - vehicle was ready and in good shape, employees were very helpful and caring (pickup and drop off). Gas station right near airport (ferry) which made it easy to fill up. I would use them again. Obviously being in Ketchikan this is a small operation and has a very limited number of vehicles so best to schedule in advance.

Never heard back...Not sure about this independently owned shop. Arrived at 5:50 pm on a Saturday called them a guy answered said he could take care of our needs. Said he would call me around 8:30 after he got the car...Never heard back from him... Each time I called Budget the phone rang, then was answered, then hung up. No cars? Then tell me no cars.

I rented a car from Budget Rental in Ketchikan, AK. When I arrived, there was no one at the counter to give me my vehicle. They had a sign that said, due to COVID they were by appointment only. I had a reservation (appointment) but they were not there. I called the local Budget number listed for Ketchikan and I got an answering machine. I left a message but no one returned my call. I then called the Budget Rental car’s customer service. They took my reservation number and when they could not get a hold of the owner of the Ketchikan location they hung up on me, I’m assuming so they wouldn’t have to deal with the situation. Seems like this is the normal way of handling customer service issues these days. When I called back, I was transferred several times and then the representative stated
