All American Auto Repair

1 would give them a negative rating if i could. 6or 7 weeks ago i dropped off a truck for an alignment. I was flying out of town for a week, and they said they could have it done by the time I got back. 2 weeks ago after 20 calls they finally answered and said they hadn't got to it. 1 excuse after another, but they would get it done that week. Now they don't answer the phone. I need my friggen truck

I needed major work done on my truck and All American Auto where the only ones on the island that would tackle the job. They did a great job super professional and quality customer service. Great work!

This company is very disorganized and is incredibly difficult to get a hold of. I recommend making contact with them in person and holding them accountable. All American Auto had my car for 3 months after I had an accident. They were supposed to have the mechanical parts of my car fixed and then hand over my car to a body shop for the body repairs. I had been assured by both companies that they work together and will get my car fixed. After not being able to get a hold of All American and them not providing me any updates, I went to the neighboring body shop and asked if they had information. That place told me they don't have my car and I'd need to get a hold of All American. I thought these businesses worked together...?? Hrm, apparently not as they originally told me. Of course, A

I have never dealt with a car repair shop like this one. I chose them because they were licensed and insured. I dropped my vehicle off on May 5. I still did not have my vehicle back until mid June. Every time I call, I would get some sort of excuse as in someone sick, we’re getting To it tomorrow, etc. After I spent $3000 for a cooling pump to be replaced, I have had to go back two more times. First time I woke up to coolant all over my Driveway. Took it back and I was told, “ Good news we just forgot to put a clamp on.” Second time I took it back my check engine light came on the day after I got home. I was told. “ Oh, there was just an air bubble in your line.” I woke back up again today with the check engine light being back on for the third time. For $128 an hour in labor, I expect be
