The Auto Works

Had my truck in once for a rebuilt transmission. Price was $1000 more than other places but did a good job. Second time I had a sound in front end, took it in and they gave me a $1700 bill without informing me a head of time. They went ahead and did work I did not ask then to do. Staff was friendly though!

The Auto Works has Very poor service and honesty. Charged double the original quoted $950. Also didn’t do the work as agreed upon. Tried reaching Jon after work was done to discuss new engine issues and he will not return calls.

Mr. John Peter and his staff are truly knowledgeable and excellent at what they do! Additionally, over the last few years we have purchased vehicles here for the summer seasons and they have never disappointed. Best auto shop on the island, no question. Thanks John!

They are very fair with their pricing and quick with their work. There is no hidden charges or unecessary work to make a buck.
