U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Walked in to rent a 10’ box truck out of the three or four they have out front. She was on the phone so I politely let her finish her call and then she asked how she could help me and I let her know I was interested in the 10’ box truck out front for a few hours and she said none were available, so I asked if she had anything available and she just scoffed and said no. Cant wait for someone else to set up at least a truck location.

This is the first time I've ever rented a box truck and I can't express how good of an experience it was. Probably the best customer experience I've received on this island, by far. My only gripe is not being able to rent regular sized trucks inter-island but regardless, amazing service.

My mom rented a storage unit from here and her stuff got covered in rat/mouse droppings..... probably both. No reimbursement, no apology. The old lady who manages property is rude.

Mayabess runs our local U-Haul. She made the reservation and arrangements easy. The rental worked great. Prices were reasonable. It made our move possible and easy. She makes U-Haul the great option it is. Thanks!

Unbelievable. Unit was completely covered in rodent poop. My clothes had bite marks and rodent poop all over them!! I found a dead rat 🤮🤢🤢. The manager (mayabess) said this has happened a few times to people with food in unit (I only had clothes and a few different pieces of furniture.) She was not helpful and proceeded to take my money for the month off of my card!! I would go to bear valley storage.....anywhere else but here! I was told I will not be reimbursed.
