Oh They’ve had my car two weeks now. He told me I needed an alternator and a new battery.  Total over $1100 I said ok. Due to the snow storms we were delayed for two days. Went back after the storm once he ordered the parts, The car was supposed to be ready. The battery and alternator was replaced, they kept having me waiting not saying nothing. All to find out the negative wiring cable was severely damaged. That part is on national back order and we’ve been looking for it for over a week. My Pastor referred me to his mechanic and he told me yesterday he had the part and he could fix it. So I called U Winn and told them I was coming to get the car and take it to the mechanic. Once I got there my car was parked closely between two cars touching a tree. My floor mats was full of mud

Mr.Winn was very kind. They did a very thorough job of checking my car to make sure it was ok. They solved all my issues right then and there for a very reasonable price. They have an office you can wait in while they work on your car. The parking lot was pretty full it’s the very first building when you pull into the lot. If you need work done on your car I would definitely suggest going here as a woman I did not feel uncomfortable or like they were trying to rip me off in anyway. Just all around great service and great work on my car!

Mr. Winn and his wife are great. Excellent customer service and fair prices. Mr. Winn and his staff have worked on a few of my vehicles and have been satisfied every time. I highly recommend.

Took my vehicle to get checked out. Went to get it back and was loud. They didn't do anything to it. They drove it after I told them it had a misfire now the muffler is loud and they acted like they didn't notice it and said they could look at different things. Now I have to get my muffler fixed and the issue I was having isn't resolved and the vehicle drives worse. DO NOT take your vehicle there.
