All Foreign Auto Center

We drove from Portland to La Grande on a beautiful and chilly day. We got my brother on the Enterprise shuttle bus and went back to our vehicle, which wouldn't start and all the lights came on. The shuttle manager came out and jumped our battery and then gave us the name of Lance Hughes at All Foreign Auto Center. We called and then drove there. Lance was super friendly and helpful. The battery for the Honda HR-V was $210, labor was $30, and $68 to turn off all the electronic lights. I don't know how this price compares with other places, but we needed the vehicle to work to drive back to Portland. Photo - look at this cute lady wearing Mickey Mouse sweats.

We were "stuck" in eastern Oregon on a cross country trip (moving to KY). We found ourselves in La Grande, and other shops helpfully pointed us to All Foreign. Despite being backed up, they fit us in and gave us a proposed solution. They had parts delivered overnight and made the repair first thing in the morning. They "couldn't promise anything," but the repair got us the rest of the way across the country. Very cordial, very prompt, and did everything they could to get us back on the road as fast as possible. I would highly recommend All Foreign Auto, and I thank them for how they took care of us.

DO NOT GO HERE! They will rip you off and treat you rudely. They do not listen nor care about customer experience. We had a horrible experience and these people do not treat customers well at all. They threw our key fob and told us to get a lawyer when we asked about charges and asked why they didn't get our consent to do work. They charged us over $500 to change the oil and scan it. Most expensive and rude oil change ever! These people are taking advantage of people and are not ethical or legal. DO NOT GO HERE!

I cannot express enough how happy I am with the service we received. We were literally driving from Denver to Washington to drop her daughter off at school and our alternator happen to go out. We literally coasted it into this auto shop by luck. They were super gracious and helped us out with our emergency and replacing the alternator in less than two hours even though they were backed up for a couple weeks worth of work. The price was very reasonable and I was so grateful that they could get us back on the road quickly. Thank you!!

While on a rode trip my Kia started overheating. All Foreign was incredible.They repaired my car within a couple of hours for a fair price. It refreshing to find honest, knowledgeable mechanics. I definitely recommend this company.
