Went in for them to check my fluids and they said I needed a new valve cover gasket - he told me he could have it done by three and I called at three and he said he’d have it by five I come at five and he’s not finished- they leave me stranded in Gatesville when I live in Waco - I come back the next day and they are still working on it after lunch -I was told I was going to get a discount for my inconvenience but I paid the same as the quote - the bad part is my truck was vibrating as I went up hills and the A/C now didn’t work - I took it to Poco’s and they found the #8 ignition coil was not connected correctly and there was missing bolts on the DFPE sensor -they fixed the problem and now my A/C works and truck runs fine - it’s sad I had to pay another mechanic to fix what they had done!

Love the quick service!! Other lube shops are OK, and this one is just as good if not better! I had a weird voice, the ran a diagnostic and my car was back on the road after a simple fix, no guess work. Very upfront no hidden costs!

I originally took my car in for problems with my power steering, but then Alvarez kept pressuring us to fix other things. He held my car for over a year and continued to delay the pick up date. Eventually, I decided to go and pick up my car and it was left with no gas and the amount of warning lights looked like a Christmas tree. My car is completely destroyed and no mechanic in town can find the parts he broke. We gave him $7000 throughout the year and all we got back was a lemon that's going to the scrap yard. If we weren't poor, we'd have a lawsuit.

Read the other reviews, and said to my self this place sounds awesome. Went to go get my car fixed and experienced pure awesomeness. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. As far as quick service and price, the reviews are spot on. The price was extremely fair, and the mechanic wasted no time getting to work. This place has beyond exceptional service and prices and definitely makes you feel like you are an appreciated customer. No one will ever touch my cars again if it’s not these guys. If I could rate higher then 5 stars I would give a 10.

This is the worst place to go to. My car has been in the shop for 5 months. We keep getting promised and set deadlines and the first deadline was suppose to be all the way back in July. They lied to us told us they were getting me a brand new engine from Houston and then we found out they lied and got a piece of crap motor from somewhere here in gatesville. They don’t care about their customers. They will rip you off. I still don’t have my car and have no idea when I’ll get it back. This is terrible. And they are the worst!
