I don't normally use this establishment, solely because other chains normally have the parts I need in stock. I came to this location seeking a part. To be honest it didn't seem like the gentleman helping me, really want to help....not that he was rude or unprofessional. More like annoyed that I knew what part i needed for my vehicle vs allowing him to sell me a part the computer says will fit.....I was very willing to buy a part on this occasion, but the maybe 5 mins I spent there seemed to be too long for the employee/manager I dealt with......I'll continue to take my money elsewhere.... The lack of a response to this review from owners vs responding to almost every single other review just coincides with my experience at this location.

Had the parts and or ordered the right ones. Im always going here

Amantha, Shane and their coworkers are so helpful and generous. They definitely deserve a raise lol we appreciate their help. If we’re ever in town again we will choose to stop at this auto zone.

To anyone who is wondering Jorge is by far the most helpful and courteous autozone team member i have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Extremely knowledgeable and honest. He made a point of helping me find the most cost efficient battery to get my 2008 civic back on the road, I was so thankful in fact that I even invited him to dinner, to which he politely declined as he had prior obligations :(
