I have serious concerns about the new owners and their ability to deliver quality work. They clearly do not respect the previous efforts made by the person they dismissed over record-keeping issues. I cannot recommend them. They have unfortunately left us in a difficult situation, as our car is now at another shop undergoing a second transmission rebuild. If it were possible to give no stars, I absolutely would—companies that mistreat their customers don't deserve recognition. We were not provided with a receipt for the repair, and now there’s no record of it, which is exactly why someone lost their job. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of accountability. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this business.

Jason Reiger left a 1-star review, and we have never used you guys, so I don’t know why that review was left. Obviously, you do a decent job because you have tons of cars there. We want to see small businesses grow.

Shout out to GOSSETT Automotive in Gatesville Tx. My clutch went out on my mustang and it’s my only vehicle. I dog sit and had a job coming up and I needed my car. They went out of their way to make sure I had my car by the time I needed to leave, which was in 4 days. Not without mishaps of course. And I knew if there was going to be a mishap, it was going to be with the part. That’s exactly what happened. The part had been dropped before it had arrived and was bent. They ordered a new one and the young man (Gabe) that works at GOSSETT. He came in on his day off and installed the clutch. I am so grateful for the kindness of this young man. I was told by the owners, he offered to come in because he knew how much I needed my car. A+ rating in my book and 10 out of 10 score. 👍

Gossetts is under new ownership for one, and they also have a new builder that finally diagnosed and fixed the reverse problem I was having. I liked the fact that I was shown that the separator plate on the valve body was damaged and had closed the holes to a point that the fluid couldn't flow through the valve body to move the ball bearings like it needed to. After the office worker road with me to hear the rotational noise, he thought it was the drive shafts, which it was. They sent the drive shafts off to be redone, and after they were reinstalled, the noise was gone. Everybody that I've talked to in the shop were really cool and listened to my frustration, and I really appreciate them getting to the bottom of my problem and fixing it. I even had a problem with the 4 wheel drive jumping
