Lone Star Towing

When my car broke down in Hamilton, Texas, over an hour from home, on a Saturday afternoon, Kevin was quick to respond and charged an extremely reasonable rate. I would recommend them to anyone. A very nice guy who prevented what was already a not-great day from descending into a bad one!

I had locked the keys and my purse in my car one morning in front of the laundromat and I had to borrow a phone to call a locksmith. The first locksmith never showed up and when I had to borrow a second phone to call and ask why, they told me that my car "was unable to be unlocked" and there was nothing they could do for me. I then called roadside assistance and they sent out Kevin from Lone Star. He was very courteous and patient even though it was a long drive for him and on a Sunday afternoon! Kevin worked hard to come up with a clever solution to get my car unlocked and I am very grateful for him that I did not have to break my window. I highly recommend this company to anyone- Kevin saved the day!

Not a good review! I broke down at the Ceffco on 116 in Gatesville, called Lone Star and was told they'd be by within 45 minutes to an hour, and they never showed!! I called back 3 different times and was sent to voice-mail after 2 or 3 rings. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I took my money elsewhere!

Kevin is outstanding. He was super punctual, extremely nice and did whatever he could to make sure my car was taken care of with no damages (which wasn't easy!) He truly went above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his services to anyone in the area.

They are amazing. I locked my keys and phone in my car. They were quick and willing to work with me. I will use them again and recommend to anyone that needs help. Supper friendly, caring and understanding. Yall are great!!!!!
