DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! This is the worst tire service experience I’ve had. Here is my story: I actually had my tires swapped on my model Y 2023 Tesla - let’s just say the tires were not applied evenly and the rims are sticking out. Because I live in SF - I went there several times to get my wheels balanced. After they balanced my wheels, my car started shaking on the road. The vibration was bad enough that I had to go to the Tesla Service Center. Tesla confirmed the issue: the wheels were not properly re-torqued after the service. For anyone unfamiliar: re-torquing means tightening the wheel lug nuts to the exact manufacturer specification using a torque wrench. My 1st time here. I had a screw stuck into one of the tire. It was on the spot close to the shoulder. The staff lady went to check and told me it's repairable. But there were a lot of people ahead of me. My estimate wait time was 4 hours. However, it was done just in 2 hours. I was pleased. To my surprise, they fixed it free of charge. I thought that I had to replace 2 tires there. One thing that they forgot. When I picked it up I drove out and the car system flagged me with the low air pressure. It turned out that they didn't put enough air on the tire. It's fine after I filled it. Thanks for the fixing of the tire. I really appreciated it. If I have in need of the tire work again I will come to see you.

I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but I went last week had had a number of issues. 1. Person driving my car into the bay gassed and braked hard about 5-6 times while pointed at another employee in his way. And pulled into the bay very fast. 2. When taking off my old tires the person jammed a crowbar between the tire and the rim a couple times, and missed the tire and hit the rim. 3. Same person rolled a tire across the shop floor and it almost hit my car. 4. Car was up on 4 corners on jacks and at one point they lowered a corner another was just floating in the air. 5. They threw in free wiper blades I didn’t want and said they just would put them in the trunk. They installed them instead.

Stopped in with no appointment right when they opened to get a tire with a nail in it fixed. Even though there were 5 people ahead of me, they still managed to get me serviced and out the door in 45 mins. They'd warned me it might take over an hour, which I was fine with since I had no appt. This was my second time visiting this location and both times I've had excellent and quick service.

I had such a great experience at America’s Tire in Milbrae. I came in as a drop-in with a nail in my tire, without an appointment, and Store Manager Jordan and his team still took great care of me. They were upfront and transparent about the wait time, assessed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road as soon as possible. The whole process was smooth, professional, and efficient. It’s rare to find a team that combines speed, honesty, and excellent customer service so well. I truly appreciate how they handled everything and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who needs tire service. Thank you, Jordan and team!
