Went to a spot in Daly City for a smog and didn't pass the test bc a hose was torn. They couldn't fix it so I came here instead and had it replaced in less than an hour only to find out I could've gotten the smog here in for less than half the price and better service! Convenient location right off the freeway and even got some gas right afterwards. Thomas is the guy, thank you!

I want to express my utmost dissatisfaction with this auto repair shop. I've been here twice, and both times were nothing short of disastrous. The first time, I needed a coolant replacement, and they had the audacity to charge me $230 for the service. I did some inquiries at nearby auto repair shops, and I found out that the same coolant replacement would cost only $70 elsewhere. But that's not the worst of it. They quoted me over $500 to change the transmission fluid when I could get it done for just $150 at another place. Their customer service is abysmal, especially that overweight Asian guy with glasses and the Mexican mechanic with flashy gold teeth. They try to convince you that perfectly fine parts need replacement, just to squeeze more money out of you. It's a complete rip-off! I

First off let me say that this was a straight forward, easy and affordable process. I did my smog certification here for total ~$33.00. I made an appointment the day before, they got me in at the right time and overall was a 10 minute process (in and out).The individual I worked with was Thomas (big dude) and he was absolutely amazing. Cool guy. I highly recommend for the Smog certification here and if possible to work with Thomas!

This is only about the smog test. It's relatively cheap if you bring the online ad but please take note that they DON'T offer free retest as many other places do. Other than that not much to complain about. It's fast as long as you make an appointment and parking is somewhat difficult as it's a very small place with many parked cars in the lot and it has a gas station attached to it.

Straight forward. Check engine light came on, after replacing a lower oxygen sensor only, came in for smog check, was told need more driving time. No charge. Check engine light came back on during the drive off, changed upper oxygen sensor and called Thomas for any openings, he said there was opening, came in, done in <20 minutes, paid $38 with certificate and drove off. Get your SxxT together then call him, he’ll get you in & out for lot less than most other shops. Just don’t expect something for nothing. You think he’s too pricey, then, you do it.
