Have a 6 week rental at Dollar @sfo ($1400) . 3 problems arose. 1) Dollar's toll administration charges are not covered at Hola...which are double the cost of the bridge tolls individually 2) Dollar wanted me to pay an additional 800 dollars in Liability insurance coverage as they claimed that Hola did not provide the California minimum Liability coverage, even though the Hola website listed it as included. 3) Dollar did not have the pickup truck I reserved. They had one that gets 10mpg as 'similar'.

Great experience on the HOLA rental site. I was able to find an adequate rental car at a good rate. The inclusion of insurance was a solid touch.
