Came through helping me out asap when my dealership keeps giving me the run a round screwing me over. Blessed I found a good safe place for all future services. Much appreciated single mum.

Recently had the hood of my 1969 Mustang repainted. It had a 911 memorial painted on the hood back in 2006 (previous owner) and I wanted it painted it over. Anderson color matched it and it looks fantastic. Very fair price as well and was done quickly. A year or two ago, I had my rear quarter of my 2021 F250 truck painted from damage and they were able to color match that to perfection. Highly recommend Anderson and will be going back if and when I need car paint/body help.

I backed my wife's new car into a stump. Took it same day to Anderson auto body in Ashland. Got the estimate, they ordered parts. Then after that, customer service went away. Finally got it in to be fixed. My wife brought it home. Darker where they painted the new back door. I took it back and asked him if he could tell if it was the repair was good. Jarcov Aurel said he would talk to the insurance Co. To see if they would pay for blending into rest of car. Nothing has happened yet. Now it's May. Estimate was 9/2/22. Ridiculous! They will not return my calls. Can't just leave work to go out there.They clearly don't have any pride about what the end result will be. Or even to fix the mistake. Brought my car here for a hood and minor but noticeable collision damage after someone hit me. When I picked up my car I noticed no work was done other than sprayed down. Mechanic agreed the job was not done and would contact me when I could come back and get it done right. I’ve called and called and left voicemails, never hearing back. They were paid for a job never completed.

Stopped by a few weeks ago with a piece of door jam trim that wouldn't stay on. They reattached it, fast, while I waited. Super friendly! If I ever need more, this is where I'll go!
