My truck was inadvertently damaged at a repair shop . . . TWICE. Butler Collision Center partnered with that shop to handle the body work, and from the very beginning, they exceeded my expectations. When I went to pick up my truck from the repair shop, I noticed a scratch in the newly repaired door. Yoshi from Butler Collision, immediately came to the repair shop, inspected the damage, and made it clear that the issue needed to be addressed and made right. He took ownership of the situation and ensured that both Butler Collision Center and the repair shop followed through. I had my Bronco at Butler Ford, Collision Center to get a winch installed. I received an above expectation service. * Everything was done on time and within the estimated budget * I was updated on the progress (without me having to ask or call) * The car was returned cleaner as when I dropped it off. Very friendly staff, Larry Moss and Frank Robles were easy to work with, Butler Collision Center did a great job on our Sonata repair. Also, worth noting; my battery went dead while I was in the parking lot when we came to pick up our car; Frank Robles quickly responded! He fixed my battery (it came loose) and got my car running. How nice to have such friendly helpful service! I felt blessed!
