Southern Oregon Automotive

Ron is the best diagnostic mechanic in Ashland Oregon by far. Caleb knows how to get the right parts like no other. A great crew and asset to our community.

Good guys. Caleb Very generously took time to look at and give me his opinion on several issues i had with my car. I feel he is very honest

I've used this shop in several occasions and love the honest, integrity and professionalism here. Definitely would recommend for a local shop.

My son's 1996 4runner broke down near the California border and we had it towed to Southern Oregon Automotive at the recommendation of the towing company. They were able to diagnose the problem (blown engine) and were kind enough to let us leave the vehicle with them for nearly a week as we worked out towing arrangements for getting it home. They did provide us with a cost to install a new motor (which was reasonable, BTW), but we decided to hold off on doing any work on it for now. They were super responsive, respectful and accommodating. If I was local, I would use them for all my auto repair needs.

These are the best mechanics in Ashland. Fairly priced, KNOWLEDGEABLE, they call you back, make appointments on time, tell you everything you need to know, repair your vehicle better than expected and usually faster and they are HONEST! I was quoted a cost for something that 'Donny' explained to me over the phone. I told him to go ahead with the $600 repair. When I went in to pick up my truck, it came to $37! What he'd thought was wrong wasn't and all he'd of had to do was hand me a $600 bill and I would have paid up. Think about that one. Anyway, that was about 5 years ago and I've been coming back ever since and so have my friends. Absolutely professional and they are cool dudes as well! Need a GREAT mechanic-Southern Oregon Automotive. I have never been more happy with a repai
