Came in for an alignment and was charged $200. Driving away I felt my jeep pull to the right. A week later after driving on it and switching the front tires to make sure it wasn’t the road or tire. You can visibly see the passenger wheel pointing out. Called beforehand and was told an hour wait so i came in immediately. Upon arrival was told a 45 min wait. Came back after an hour and was told it would be another hour and fifteen minutes… Finally came back to find out they did nothing. The tech jokes that, “its an optical illusion “ its not. My jeep pulls to the right and you can see it my passenger wheel is obviously pointing out. Won’t be coming back. And request a refund.

My recent experience at Les Schwab for a rear brake change started off well. I received a quote from them previously, and called in to schedule an appt. They were able to order parts and get me scheduled next day (Saturday) which worked out great. The shop had my car for about 3 hours and when I got there about 20 minutes before closing on Saturday when I was due to pick up my car, they said my car wouldn’t be ready due to a “missing part” and that I would need to pick it up on Monday. It was unclear after speaking directly with management if this was an additional part needed or if it was a part that was missing from the order or something else. Great fast service. Popped in on NYE as we had low tire pressure and they took us right away and found a nail and patched quickly. Thank you so much and will definitely come back when in need of new tires or other similar needs.

My visit for a pre-trip check up was done quickly and efficiently. They found the need to replaced rear shocks that were leaking fluid. The parts were found same-day and I am good to go. The customer service wildly exceeded any expectations I had about Les Schwab. Plus the recent remodel looks great; so roomy!

I use to rate Les Schwab as the last remaining family style businesses I could always rely on. No more after spending over 9 hrs at this one with a sick kitty in a carrier waiting. They were rushed and sent me off after two hours with a front brake rotor job for $800 that wasnt right so I immediately went back. ( they also did not rotate my tires as promised and reset my tire pressure despite my distinctly telling them to leave them alone) They couldnt get drum off the back tire so while I was calling my old mechanic they put it back together untouched. The manager had avoided me up until that time and as I was very angry and vocal finally got involved. He had the same person, despite my requesting another mechanic, work on it much to my annoyance.
