These guys are straight up Awesome!! Very friendly & understanding!! I live in Downeast Maine (5.5 hours away) and my daughter was in the Marshfield area and needed her car pulled out of a snow bank. They where extremely quick to respond, very friendly & you can tell they care about there customers and take very good care of the cars they haul!!! (Photo is after I drove down and picked up the car, damage was done before they got to the accident but they still treated it like a 0 mile car) If you have an accident, need a vehicle moved, or just need a quick tug out of a snow bank or ditch these are the only guys to call!!

I had my car towed through AAA by this company and the kid who put my car on the truck bottomed out and hit my muffler. Now I’m here 3 days later and there is something happening under my car where there is a jingling noise and my muffler is very loud. I called to report the problem and the owner of the company said “I don’t think it was my employee and I don’t know what to tell you” so needless to say the response from the owner of this company was very unprofessional and you should use someone else for your towing needs. 0 stars all around!

I called for a tire change. The driver got out of his truck as i exited mine and saw me, then said "i dont think ill be able to help you. If there's any rust, i cant do it." Then he walked to the truck and bent down without fully looking under and said "yea there's rust. You have to call a tow truck to take it to a tire shop, " as he was already getting back in his truck. (My truck came from California, and this is the second year in MA, so it hasnt seen new England conditions) I told him i had never heard anything like this before, and he said "its rust, so it will snap off. Call a tow truck, " then got back in his truck and drove away. Im VERY unhappy and STRONGLY advise AAA not to use this shop anymore if they'll allow a driver like Collin D. to handle these calls.
