Julie Keohane at VIP Marshfield MA was great right from my first phone call. She got me an appointment that day and was very informative about what service my car needed. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. There was an underlying issue I wasn’t aware of that could have caused a plethora of problems, which they found and fixed.

Thorough in their work and reliable. I got disappointing news but they worked well with triple A and gave me amazing service and recommended service to do in the future. The staff and mechanics who work there care about what they do and make sure you get the care you deserve. I had a stressful day, and they were patient with me and explained all the reasons for the things they did. My car drives smooth and I’m blessed to be taken care of.

My wrangler needed an oil change and there was an issue with a cap and another major part. (It’s jeep it’s always something😂)The amazing techs Derek Tim and Paul all stayed late to fix the issue.Tracked down a part and had it there with in minutes. And got my jeep up and running. Great group of guys who got me up and running again!

VIP Tire helped me out with a last minute flat tire, all in the same day. The service was nothing but exceptional from start to finish. Very nice people working there. Thank you VIP!

VIP has been a life saver for all my car troubles. Julie was fantastic with me and how awesome she was to squeeze me in on a day they had no heat!! Can’t recommend them enough!
