Sullivan Tire & Auto Service

They've managed to lose a customer again. Completely tone deaf company. The one star is really negative 1. I went in there to get a rear tire plugged (which developed a leak after I had just been in there for a battery). When I left with my newly patched tire, by the time I had made it 2 miles down 139 in Marshfield, my front tire was completely flat and the sidewall ruined. A piece of a TPMS sensor was the culprit. This is something that is inside the wheel/tire. When I made it back to Sullivan tire, they charged me to replace the tire. Obviously this piece of road hazard came from their garage/parking lot. The manager did nothing about it. I asked to speak to his boss, and just finished that equally tone deaf conversation. A tire place is where TPMS sensors would be exposed.

I've been going to Sullivan Tire since I moved to Marshfield in 2022. The guys are always nice, patient & helpful! I never feel rushed?? I can talk to them about anything to do with my car! They have not hesitated to come out, look at a few minor issues on my car, and fix them right on the spot!! I've had some suggest I go to another garage that's less expensive, or whatever. But, no way!! Sullivan Tire has earned my trust & my repeat business! Thanks guys!! (that's my black car in the photo😊)

My husband and I regularly bring our vehicles in for servicing to the Marshfield, MA, location, and are always treated well. I usually don't wait on site when my car is being repaired but I got to use the Lounge area for the first time today. The area was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee :) We will continue to use this location and recommend it to others.
