We purchased a car a few weeks ago and it was the best, most laid back, professional and fastest experience we have encountered purchasing a car! Trish and Lauren were amazing to work with .. by the end, we were ready to invite them to our Family Xmas Party! We always used to push off purchasing cars for as long as we could because the experience was typically worse than going to the dentist. But everyone involved in this purchase made it a wonderful experience! Thank you for taking away our fears of purchasing another car in the future! We will definitely be back!

I was looking for a 2023 Mini Countryman with a specific color scheme and features. I visited the sales team on a Monday afternoon with the specs, etc and by the time I got home Dave, Lauren, and Trish had located exactly what I was looking for!! They made sure the car not only met my criteria but theirs as well. The car was delivered, serviced, and detailed by Thursday of that week and I picked it up on Saturday! This is the third time buying a car from Lucchetti’s and I have been a service customer for 20 years. They are honest and provide great service whether they are fixing your car or you’re looking for a new car. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Lucchettis for any auto body work you need. Mike did a fantastic job fixing my car after an accident. The turnaround was speedy, communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. I brought my car to Lucchetti’s for body repair, unfortunately, I hit a deer. They were so wonderful with communication throughout the process. Sean was the person that I dealt with, he was wonderful. I always knew what was happening with my car. There was a good amount of damage, but I got it back exactly 3 weeks after I dropped it off.
